I am getting ready to n-470 to preserve residency. My company is sending me to UAE for one week period which will leads to other long back and forth trips there. I need to file n-470 to preserve residency for naturalization. I have already lived here for more than one year as a permanent resident. My questions are:
1. Where do I find a sample communication letter as a support document?
2. What do I write in it?

Are there any risk factors involved in changging the job by invoking AC21 ??
its not any more or less risker than someone who is not married or whose spouse has already filed 485 (ie. your special case makes no difference to your using AC-21): only thing to consider is: what visa is your wife on, if H4, then you must change jobs using H1. You will need to stay on H1 until your PD is current and your wife is able to file her 485.

Today I had an Infopass Appointment at 10 am. The IO told me, my NC is pending that's why I did not get FP.He told me to wait till July (ie is one yr from the date of applying)then open SR.

A federal judge in Phoenix on Wednesday blocked key provisions of Arizona's controversial immigration law from taking effect as scheduled Thursday, granting in part an injunction requested by the Obama administration.
U.S. District Judge Susan Bolton ruled that the injunction would apply to the portion of the state law that requires police to try to determine the immigration status of a person they arrest, stop or detain while enforcing other laws if they reasonably suspect the person is in the United States illegally.
In a lawsuit filed against Arizona, the Obama administration said the law was unconstitutional and warned that the provision would result in racial profiling and harassment of U.S. citizens, legal immigrants and foreign visitors.
Bolton said in her ruling that it was "not in the public interest" for Arizona to enforce a provision that preempts federal enforcement of immigration law.
